All sales of digital products, including PDF crochet patterns, are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances due to the nature of digital downloads.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read the product description and understand that you are purchasing a non-returnable digital file.

File Delivery Issues

If you experience trouble accessing or opening your file, please contact us at sphynxcrochet@gmail.com with your order number, and we will be happy to resend the file or assist you directly. We do not issue refunds for delivery or file access issues, but we will make sure you receive your purchase.

Chargebacks

If you have a question or concern about your order, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank. Chargebacks filed for digital products that have been delivered as described will be disputed with full documentation of delivery and purchase confirmation.

Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your card was used without your authorization, please contact your bank immediately. You are also welcome to reach out to us directly, and we will assist where we can.
